SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About the Role
We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position at Texas A&M University, located at 1248 TAMU, College Station, TX 77843. Online applications are accepted only.
Schedule
Full-time schedule: Sunday - Friday, 11:00 am - 8:30 pm.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
Pay Range
$16.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary
Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
- Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers, and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
- Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Information
Because this position requires you to perform services in an educational facility, there may be periods when the Company does not require you to perform work (such as winter and summer breaks when food service needs decline or cease). However, depending on business needs, you may be required to work year-round, potentially at a different location during break periods. Business needs may vary from year to year.
