SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About the role
Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring immediately for a full time Shift Supervisor position at our Bellevue, WA location. We operate more than 1,000 cafés around the country for corporations, universities, and museums, as well as public restaurants, cooking everything from scratch using fresh, local ingredients with a commitment to socially and environmentally responsible sourcing.
Responsibilities
- Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained
- Provide training and create work schedules
- Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
- May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous food service experience is required
Pay
$30.00 per hour to $32.50 per hour.
Schedule
Full time; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
