About the Role

We are currently searching for a Shift Supervisor/Admission Nurse to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team! This is a PM/NOC 10-hour Shift position. On a M-F schedule 7pm - 5:30am and every other weekend 10 am - 8:30 pm. Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive the medication and care they need as directed by their individual care plan.
• Conduct resident assessments.
• Be a team leader.
• Afford residents with the knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

Requirements

• An unencumbered State of Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Prior RN or LPN experience in a skilled nursing facility is required.

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is required.

Schedule
