Smurfit Westrock’s pulp and paper mill in Dublin is actively seeking a Shift Operations Manager (SOM) to manage daily shift responsibilities of the paper mill, including shipping and stock preparation, safety and quality operations, managing production costs, monitoring environmental waste control, and employee relations, with mill-wide responsibilities for prioritizing shift maintenance and responding to emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily production and maintenance targets and delivery schedules are met in compliance with manufacturing deadlines by allocating personnel, setting up the equipment, re-working parts and personally supporting the troubleshooting efforts.
