Requirements

• Lead shifts every week
• Maintain great Quality, Service and Cleanliness for customers
• Perform various tasks such as planning for shifts, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance and cleanliness, and crew
• Ensure exceptional Customer Service and Food Safety
• Manage staff schedules
• Train new employees

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun
• At least 18 years old to work as a manager in corporate-owned and operated McDonald’s restaurants
