Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts every week, ensuring Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards are met.
  • Monitor team performance during shifts and take action to maintain McDonald’s standards.
  • Oversee safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift.
  • Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets.
  • Manage tasks such as:
    • Food safety
    • Internal communication
    • Inventory management
    • Daily maintenance and cleanliness
    • Crew management and training
    • Quality food production
    • Exceptional customer service
    • Safety and security
    • Scheduling

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive team player attitude with a passion for delivering great service.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
