Requirements

• One year of retail or customer service management experience (two years preferred) OR 4+ years of US Military service
• One year of supervising the work of others, teambuilding, and coaching
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment

The actual base pay offered will be based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role.
