Shift Manager starting up to $20.00 per hour!

About the role

We are looking for career-minded managers! Starting pay $17.00 per hour during training, (more with experience) and regular increases. If you have experience, our starting wage will depend on your level. We offer the best benefits in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers.
• Perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift, too.
• May be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned Departments meet their goals.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, and scheduling.
• Train new employees as needed.
