About the role

Lead and support crew members through busy shifts with energy and positivity. Always ensure excellent customer service and food quality. Manage shift operations, including labor and food costs, cleanliness, and organization. Motivate and develop team members through coaching and example. Communicate effectively with the management team to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Prior leadership or management experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality a plus)
• Strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Able to lead by example and inspire a team
• A desire to grow professionally in a supportive and structured environment
• Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekdays, nights, and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

$18.25 - $20.25 per hour based on experience
