We are The Conlan McDonald's! We own and operate McDonald's restaurants throughout Central Texas. We are looking for experienced and driven leaders at the shift manager level who want to grow their career into more.

What will you be in charge of?

What are we looking for?

• A proven track record of leading a team
• Previous management experience
• Hungry leaders ready to jump in and own operations
• A customer service approach with the ability to manage customer complaints with professionalism
• Excellent organizational skills
• Availability to work different shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
