Shift Manager (Retail/Gas)

About the Role

Assists in planning, managing, and directing retail store operations, including merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting, and reordering goods. Helps establish financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns, and inventory. Ensures compliance with loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues, and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and operational duties.
• Evaluate and enhance customer service and satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, develop, and schedule associates for current positions and future growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.
• If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.

Salary Minimum: $20.60
Salary Maximum: $34.46
