Requirements

• Manages shifts every week
• Makes sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience
• Provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift
• Makes sure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Maintains safety and security
• Communicates with the next Shift Manager
• Meets targets during their shifts
• Helps assigned Departments meet their goals
• May be responsible for food safety
• May be responsible for internal communication
• May be responsible for inventory management
• May be responsible for daily maintenance and cleanliness
• May be responsible for managing crew
• May be responsible for quality food production
• May be responsible for exceptional customer service
• May be responsible for safety and security
• May be responsible for scheduling
• May be responsible for training

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• The passion to work in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants
