Job Description Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods. If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting. Additional Qualifications/Requirements MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS. Availability Needed M-F: 1000-1830 SAT: 0945-1815 MUST HAVE A REAL ID FOR ACCESS TO FORT POLK. Salary Minimum $20.60 Salary Maximum $34.46 Major Duties Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations. Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory. Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction. Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth. Performs other duties as assigned.
