About the role

Growing McDonald's restaurant company hiring 5-10 motivated, customer-obsessed leaders looking to grow in our newly modernized restaurants. Full Time and Part-Time positions available. We will consider all availabilities and pay a higher starting wage for those that can work all shifts/all days. Weekend availability is recommended for Full-Time positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading shifts and the team to deliver great quality food, fast with high levels of hospitality and a reasonable profit
• Engage with customers and crew on a daily basis
• Master running a great shift, then develop to run one of three departments: Kitchen/Quality, People, or Guest Services/Hospitality

Qualifications

• Highly motivated leader looking for a chance to grow with our restaurant company
• Able to work well with others and treat guests to a great experience
• People person who loves engaging with customers and crew
• Some management experience preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate

Skills

• Customer service and hospitality focus
• Team collaboration and leadership
• Ability to learn and be coached—we strive to be teachers and coaches to develop each individual

Pay

$11 to $14 per hour depending upon experience and availability, with bonus potential of up to $200 per month. We pay for ability and availability.

Schedule

Full Time and Part-Time positions available. Weekend availability is recommended for Full-Time positions. We will consider all availabilities.
