About the role

Growing McDonald's restaurant company hiring 5-10 motivated, customer-obsessed leaders looking to grow in our newly modernized restaurants. We are looking for highly motivated leaders who are looking for a chance to grow with our restaurant company. We believe education is important; we will strive to be teachers and coaches to help develop each individual to the best of their ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading shifts and the team to deliver great quality food, fast with high levels of hospitality and a reasonable profit
• Engage with customers and crew on a daily basis
• Master running a great shift, then develop to run one of three departments: Kitchen/Quality, People, or Guest Services/Hospitality

Requirements

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available; all availabilities considered
• Weekend availability is recommended for Full-Time positions
• Must be able to work well with others and treat guests to a great experience
• Must be a people person who loves engaging with customers and crew

Qualifications

• No formal education required; we provide all training and education needed
• Some management experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate

Pay

$11 to $14 per hour depending upon experience and availability. Higher starting wage for those who can work all shifts/all days. We pay for ability and availability.
