Shift Manager Beverage-Seasonal

About the role

This position serves as the primary senior managerial presence for the Beverage Department, overseeing all aspects of casino gaming floor Beverage Service. The role focuses on supervising team members to ensure safe alcohol service, protection of assets, and maintaining high performance in delivering memorable and sincere service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shift floor and service responsibilities for the Beverage Department.
• Oversee bar operations and the infrastructure of the Beverage Department.
• Drive team member satisfaction through ongoing training and development.
• Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
• Exhibit actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
