About the role

We are seeking a Shift Manager to join our team in Monroe, NC. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker who is able to handle various responsibilities simultaneously. You will in charge of opening or closing theater, also supervise staff, count down cash and deposits. Being multi-lingual is a plus as we serve a diverse customer base. The Shift Manager should be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations quickly. Excellent customer service skills are a must, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment. A positive attitude, motivation, and a strong work ethic are also important qualities for this role.
