As a Shift Manager, you’ll lead shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. Responsibilities
- Lead shifts, providing direction to crew and other managers to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Monitor performance during shifts and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
- Oversee safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift.
- Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets.
- Manage tasks such as food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, and crew training.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, quality food production, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist with scheduling and staffing as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and passion for delivering great customer experiences.
