Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, providing direction to crew and other managers to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Monitor performance during shifts and take action to maintain McDonald’s standards for food safety, customer service, and profitability.
• Plan and prepare for each shift, ensuring smooth transitions and communication with the next Shift Manager.
• Oversee tasks such as food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, crew training, and scheduling.
• Manage crew performance, including quality food production, exceptional customer service, and adherence to safety and security protocols.
• Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets during shifts.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Flexible schedule and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Must be 18 years or older.
