Shift Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead shifts, providing direction to crew and other managers to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met.
- Monitor performance during shifts and take action to maintain McDonald’s standards for food safety, customer service, and profitability.
- Plan and prepare for each shift, ensuring smooth transitions and communication with the next Shift Manager.
- Oversee tasks such as food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, crew training, and scheduling.
- Manage crew performance, including quality food production, exceptional customer service, and adherence to safety and security protocols.
- Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets during shifts.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Flexible schedule and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and passion for delivering great customer experiences.
- Must be 18 years or older.
