About the role

The role involves leading shifts at a McDonald’s restaurant, ensuring high quality, service, and cleanliness, and managing various aspects of the restaurant's operations.

Responsibilities

• Leading shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Making plans for each shift and monitoring performance during the shift.
• Ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, maintaining safety and security, and contributing to the restaurant's profitability.
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meeting targets during their shifts and assisting in meeting departmental goals.
• Handling food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, and scheduling.
• Performing additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience required.
