Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards are met.
• Plan and monitor performance during shifts, taking action to maintain McDonald’s standards.
• Oversee safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth transitions.
• Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets.
• Manage tasks such as food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Oversee crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, scheduling, and training.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
