About the Role
Shift/Swing Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. You’ll provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You’ll also help prepare the next Shift/Swing Manager to run a great shift.
