- Managing the crew and addressing any issues that arise.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining safety and security.
- Scheduling shifts and managing staff.
- Training new and existing employees.
Requirements
- Previous McDonald’s leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A flexible schedule and the ability to adapt to the demands of the job.
- Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager in a corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurant.
Qualifications
