• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining safety and security.
• Scheduling shifts and managing staff.

Requirements

• Previous McDonald’s leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible schedule and the ability to adapt to the demands of the job.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager in a corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurant.
