Shift Manager

Responsibilities

Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Responsibilities include:

• Planning and monitoring performance during shifts to meet McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Taking action to ensure team success, including safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a smooth transition
• Meeting shift targets and supporting assigned departments in achieving their goals
• Overseeing tasks such as:
• Food Safety
• Internal Communication
• Inventory Management
• Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness
• Managing Crew
• Quality Food Production
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Safety and Security
• Scheduling
• Training

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Flexible schedule and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive team player attitude
• Must be 18 years or older
