- Experience leading shifts
- Ability to monitor performance during shifts
- Knowledge of food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
- Skills in managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety, and security
- Ability to communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her for the next shift
- Responsibility for meeting targets during shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals
