About the Role
Shift/Swing Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. You’ll provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift/Swing Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, ensuring safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift/Swing Manager to prepare them for a great shift.
You may also be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals.
