Shift Manager

Requirements

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness
• Perform a variety of tasks including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards, and monitoring safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them to run a great shift
• May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals
• Responsibilities may include: Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, and Training
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule and passion to work in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants
