Shift Manager
What You'll Do
Lead and motivate crew members during assigned shifts
Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
Assist with staffing, training, and team development
Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
Support daily restaurant operations and performance goals
Manage cash handling and operational procedures
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
What We're Looking For
Previous restaurant, retail, or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
