About the role

A Shift Manager leads shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They oversee the team and manage various tasks such as planning shifts, monitoring performance, enforcing standards, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
• Manage inventory and daily maintenance
• Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
• Meet and exceed targets set for the shift
• Support departments in achieving their goals
• Ensure food safety and security
• Train and develop team members

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexible schedule and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Open availability and willingness to work weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
