Responsibilities

• Leading shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience
• Making plans for each shift and monitoring performance
• Ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards and handling safety and security issues
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Meeting targets and helping departments achieve their goals
• Performing tasks such as food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
• Managing the crew and overseeing quality food production and exceptional customer service
• Scheduling and managing staff
• Providing training to new and existing staff

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• A flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older
