Shift Manager

About the role

We are seeking Shift Managers to join our team. Our organization has over 50 procedures in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our crew members, customers, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Monitor performance during the shift and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift.
• Meet targets during your shifts and help your assigned Departments meet their goals.
• Manage food safety, inventory, daily maintenance and cleanliness, quality food production, exceptional customer service, and safety and security.
• Train new employees as needed.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• A positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
