Requirements
- Managers lead shifts every week
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift
- Perform a variety of tasks including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, managing crew, and training
- May be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments meet their goals
- Manage food safety, internal communication, daily maintenance and cleanliness, quality food production, exceptional customer service, and safety and security
- Schedule staff
- Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned restaurants
