Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, ensuring Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are met
• Monitor team performance and take action to maintain McDonald’s standards
• Oversee safety, security, and profitability during shifts
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth transitions
• Help assigned departments meet goals and shift targets
• Manage food safety, internal communication, and inventory
• Oversee daily maintenance, cleanliness, and crew management
• Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service
• Train and schedule crew members

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
