Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high levels of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take corrective actions to meet McDonald’s standards, and ensure safety and security.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for running a successful shift.
• Meet and help achieve departmental targets during your shifts.
• Manage inventory, conduct daily maintenance and cleanliness checks, and train the crew.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle any issues that arise.
• Oversee safety and security protocols within the restaurant.
• Schedule shifts and manage the crew effectively.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience.
