Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are met.
• Plan and monitor performance during shifts, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Oversee safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift.
• Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets.
• Manage tasks such as food safety, internal communication, inventory, and daily maintenance.
• Train and schedule crew members.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and quality food production.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive team player with a passion for delivering great service.
