Shift Manager
About the role
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Manage crew and handle emergencies.
- Meet and exceed performance targets.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Qualifications
