Shift Manager
About the role
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They oversee the team and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers handle various tasks such as shift planning, performance monitoring, safety and security oversight, and communication with the next shift leader.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and quality standards across the restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the team and the next shift leader.
- Manage crew members and address any issues that arise.
- Meet and exceed performance targets set by the franchisee.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Must be 18 years or older to qualify for the position.
Qualifications
While not mandatory, previous leadership experience is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
