Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high levels of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take corrective actions to meet McDonald’s standards, and ensure safety and security.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for running a successful shift.
- Meet and help achieve departmental targets during your shifts.
- Manage inventory, conduct daily maintenance and cleanliness checks, and train the crew.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle any issues that arise.
- Oversee safety and security protocols within the restaurant.
- Schedule shifts and manage the crew effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate Degree or 2 years of Restaurant Management experience.
