Requirements
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards.
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift.
- Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals.

Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
- Passion to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
