About the role

The role involves leading shifts in a McDonald’s restaurant, ensuring high quality, service, and cleanliness, and managing various aspects of the restaurant's operations.

Responsibilities

• Planning and monitoring shifts to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to McDonald’s standards.
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and customers.
• Ensuring inventory management and daily maintenance of the restaurant.
• Managing crew and other managers to achieve departmental goals.
• Communicating effectively with the next shift manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meeting and exceeding targets set for the shift.
• Handling food safety, internal communication, and managing crew.
• Producing exceptional customer service and managing safety and security.
• Scheduling staff and managing their availability.
• Providing training to new and existing staff members.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Flexibility with a schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older.
