Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift.
• Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets.
• Oversee tasks such as food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Manage crew, ensure quality food production, deliver exceptional customer service, and handle scheduling and training.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting and contribute to a team-oriented culture.

Pay

Starting pay up to $18 per hour, depending on experience.
