Responsibilities

• Leading shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience
• Making plans for each shift and monitoring performance
• Ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards and taking necessary actions
• Maintaining safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Meeting targets during shifts and assisting departments in meeting their goals
• Performing tasks related to food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, and safety and security

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Must be 18 years or older to be considered for the role
