Shift Manager

About the role

Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director. Duties include receiving merchandise according to company policies and procedures, preparing product for merchandising, breaking down deliveries, stocking shelves, building displays, and assisting guests on the sales floor.

This role also provides guidance and direction to team members throughout the store to ensure smooth operation during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise following company policies and procedures
• Prepare product for merchandising and stocking
• Break down deliveries efficiently and effectively
• Stock shelves and build displays with packaged products
• Greet guests on the sales floor and assist them in finding items
• Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure smooth store operations

USD $18.00 - USD $25.00 per hour
