Responsibilities

• Help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis as a Shift Manager.
• Assist the management team, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly.
• Support team members through performance and training initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service to keep customers coming back.

Requirements

• At least six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay

The base hourly pay range is $16.00 - $23.16. Actual placement within this range will vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
