Shift Manager - 3rd Shift (Overnight)

About the role

We are looking to hire a strong Overnight Shift Manager (3rd Shift) for our McDonald’s restaurants in Spartanburg and Boiling Springs, South Carolina. This role involves working directly with the General Manager to coach and lead the staff and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead the staff and operations during shifts
• Maintain a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
• Lead the team and other managers to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness
• Monitor performance and take action to meet McDonald’s standards
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• May be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments meet their goals

Requirements

This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual who can provide a strong experience to both customers and crew. Availability to work late nights is essential.
