Shift Manager (Overnight)

About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience at each visit. Shift Managers provide leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift
• Maintain performance during the shift
• Ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Meet targets during their shifts
• Help assigned Departments meet their goals
• Manage food safety
• Handle internal communication
• Manage inventory and daily maintenance
• Ensure cleanliness
• Manage crew
• Ensure quality food production
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure safety and security
• Schedule staff
• Train new employees

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
