Shift Manager (Overnight)

About the role

The role involves leading shifts in a McDonald’s restaurant, ensuring high quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers are responsible for various tasks including planning shifts, monitoring performance, enforcing standards, managing safety, and coordinating with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing shifts to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
• Ensuring compliance with McDonald’s operational guidelines
• Communicating effectively with the team and the next Shift Manager
• Managing inventory, daily maintenance, and crew scheduling
• Assisting departments in meeting their goals

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job
• Age 18 or older
