Shift Manager $16.50 - $22 per hour

As a Shift Manager, you’ll lead shifts every week, ensuring customers have a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. You’ll provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards, and help prepare the next shift for success.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor performance during shifts to meet McDonald’s standards
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability during shifts
• Communicate shift details to the next Shift Manager
• Help assigned departments meet their goals
• Oversee tasks such as:
• Food safety
• Internal communication
• Inventory management
• Daily maintenance and cleanliness
• Managing crew and training
• Quality food production
• Exceptional customer service
• Safety and security
• Scheduling

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
