The pay for this position is $20-$22/hour + Tips + Bonus.
About the Role
Shift managers at Five Guys are trained to perform all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager's absence. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation
- Direct daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager's absence
- Manage team and inventory
- Perform all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders
Requirements
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Ability to set high standards for self and team
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the job
