Job Summary
The pay for this position is $18.00/hour + Tips + Bonus.
About the Role
Shift managers are trained to perform all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements
Preferred 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment. Must be all about creating a great place to work for your team, want to make your customer's day, and show fanatical dedication to serving amazing food with a big smile. Must be honest, energetic, motivational, and fun, setting high standards for self and team.
